The EMR system is expensive and most of the private doctors are avoiding investing in it. Government has been urging them to adopt it as a rule so that uniformity prevails in the whole of the USA.

Actually, state-of-the-art technology has already been implemented in most of the departments of USA and now is the turn for the health department to receive this technology of storing and retrieving medical history along with digital imagery of the patient and, thus, making it possible for the public to get the technology perks.

Special $248M for EMR records in Florida fund will further induce the doctors and clinicians to go for this newer technology as it will settle the health issues of the people and they will have much better health.

Florida doctors may apply for $44000 to update their EMR related computers and servers and to have an access to the EMR services. The US government plans to release this amount during a 5 years span.

The data stored at the servers will also be available at the Cloud and the physicians will be able to make use of any device to access the data so that to get full information about the patient. All this is being done to make improvements in the health department.
